More info

An ornate fish rendered in the Madhubani Painting style, with intricate patterns, beautifully blending colours standing out against the bright blue and white waves. The black and white border further adds charm to the work, providing just the right contrast to it. Madhubani paintings are made mainly by the women of Mithila in Bihar, though now their menfolk too are taking on. They are done using natural colours produced from locally available flowers, berries, leaves, barks, and charcoal.
